If a Therma-Tru fiberglass door system is installed on a design center or a door slab is displayed inside the show room, it will be eligible for Co-op reimbursement under the design center portion of the Model Home Policy. Design centers will be eligible for model home usage as long as they meet the following criteria:
  • Prior agreement between Therma-Tru Territory Manager and the distributor
  • Have established show room hours
  • Are open to the public
  • Have appropriate Therma-Tru signage
A maximum of six (total) Classic-Craft, Fiber-Classic or Smooth-Star fiberglass door systems are eligible for Co-op reimbursement. Six different doors must be displayed to be eligible for Co-op. Exception is when a double door unit is installed as the entry way. Use the Co-op Model Home Credit Form to calculate the reimbursement. The signature of the appropriate Therma-Tru Territory Manager, invoice and photographs of all doors must be submitted with the claim form to qualify for reimbursement.
